Aydin Lorenzo Cumatzil Tun, a five-year-old boy from Guatemala, arrived in the United States in October 2017 to undergo surgery for a frontal encephalocele. Dr. Sylvio Podda will perform the surgery at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital next month. Thanks to your support children like Aydin, who are born with congenital disorders, are able to receive life-changing surgeries that are unavailable to them in their native countries.
